I use my clinical social work expertise, spiritual gifts, as well as my natural talents and abilities to guide you through your healing journey of moving from simply existing and coping in life to WHOLENESS and THRIVING in life. Healing is a vulnerable process and sometimes a strenuous one. However, the benefits you reap are fruitful and lasts a lifetime. I am right here with you through every step of the way. You can consider me your mental health fitness trainer. Together, we work side by side, getting you in shape to master every area of your life: Mental health, spiritual health, physical health, relational health, and financial health. Our overall goal is to make sure that you become and remain FIT & FINE for fulfilling your God-given purpose!

Short-Term and Long-Term Counseling Plans: The duration of counseling sessions are 50-minutes per session. A free consultation will take place to assess your present concerns, goals, and needs then you will be all set to begin your program!
